In case of Catamaran trip can't operate due to bad weather condition, perk will be replaced with 1 Time 3-Course Lunch for 2 persons

Room rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.

Rates include daily breakfast for 2 persons per room. (Family Villa includes breakfast for 4 persons.)

Standard occupancy is 2 adults per room. A 3rd adult (aged 12 and above) is allowed with an additional charge of THB 1,800 net per night.

Standard occupancy for Family Villa is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.

Pool Villa is for adults only and can accommodate up to 3 adults.

Extra bed is provided as a built-in expandable sofa bed; no rollaway beds available. Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room.

Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is charged at 50% of the room rate.
